- A geochemical analysis of the rocks indicates the fossils were deposited in an environment without oxygen. However, large, complex organisms like these would have needed oxygen to survive, creating a contradiction. Maybe that's evidence that it's a plant(?).

- Your info is great BD, and yes, you can borrow up to 115%. It means you can refi at current low rates w/o having 20% equity. Some deals only go up to 105%, and with others, it has to be your bank that holds the note. I am finally back to work (yay!), after 9 months laid off, so I jumped on it.

- Shop around! I had a Freddie Mac backed mortgage, which is more difficult than a Fannie Mae to find a lender for. I actually got a 4.25% with no points, with a 113% LtoV, so it can be done. Lenders are listed on the Freddie and Fannie websites.

- You can never do the right thing for personal gain and still consider it to be the right thing. Always and never are words to avoid. I understand that there are people who are manipulative, but I just don't see it here, and I don't see the malice that others possibly do.
